My mission is to inspire people globally to learn the skills they need for better jobs.

As a dedicated skills and digital economy practitioner, I harness collaboration and creativity to develop innovative solutions. Leveraging my extensive experience in private sector education infrastructure development, I advise governments on evidence-based policymaking and guide programmes to address skills shortages and enhance institutional competitiveness.

By implementing projects in over 15 countries, I’ve learned that while the digital economy creates more jobs, they aren't always better. The greatest challenges education institutions face preparing talents for lifelong learning and new work. For policymakers this amplifies in form of crafting agile regulations that ensure decent work conditions for all, and encouraging companies to invest in training and growth opportunities to retain their talent.

Addressing the gender digital divide is crucial for feminist digital development. I believe that empowering women through skills and jobs fosters their leadership, ultimately driving inclusive growth.
