Professional: Pounacha is the Founder and CEO of The Real Estate Heroes Program -India's FIRST BROKER COACHING Company. He brings with him his vast sales experience as well as experience of heading multiple divisions in in past assignments. As a broker, Pounacha has sold almost all asset classes in the real estate domain ranging from Apartments, Villas, Commercial Investment properties, Land and also has good experience in commercial, retail, malls and residential leasing. He has also successfully conducted over 100 Expression of Interest Campaigns. He has advised over 150 developers on their land acquisition requirement. He is a Civil Engineer with an MBA in Marketing from the University of Mumbai. He is a member of the Indian Institution of Valuers and an Approved Valuer and has also attended various valuation seminars including one conducted by RICS. Pounacha also writes articles for a B2B real estate website. Personal: Pounacha is married to Archana and a father of two boys. He loves automobiles and rides a 1986 Bajaj Super and is a member of the Bangalore Classic Scooters Club as well. He is currently working on restoring a 1972 Jawa motor bike. He has directed a short play "Marriage after Death".
