Happiness, is transitory. In actuall it dosen't come and dosen't go... We have it in within ourselves. When we connect our soul with the body and mind together and discover our being is just a witness to what we see outside. It is upto us what we teach our mind heart n soul. Best teachings come from meditation. Meditation is the way of preparing a soul and the body into oneness. When both are balanced we get to calmness, happiness ...and we stop reacting to the actions the way we use to.
In this never ending race I observe everyone around me racing for something and later for something else! When I am sad, I count my blessings and meditate. As I meditate I get peace with the moment. I get this calmness from within, the more calm I get the more happiness I get eternally.
