Desirous of pursuing a career in media, I opted for Journalism, Psychology and English Literature in my undergrad and right now, I am a perusing Graduate student from Clark University, Worcester MA. I am studying MS in Professional Communication. My first job was at the News Television Channel CNN IBN (Network 18) as a part of the Business Development team- ‘Media Sales’. I sold commercial air time to clients including Toyota, Britannia and Levi’s. I booked new business, bringing in property developer ‘Orange Properties’ and ophthalmic lens leader ‘Essilor’ and then, as an Account Executive at Beehive Communications in assisting in Conceptualization, Market Research, Media Planning and Media Execution. My strong work experience of two and a half years, and the knowledge and experience in Communications gained in my present program makes me a suitable candidate. I have also had international experience. I interned at Worcester Culture Coalition as a Social Media Intern and assisted in promoting the cultural activity of the City of Worcester, with special emphasis on marketing and outreach for the WOO card (discount card). This involved Social Media updates and e-newsletter writing (Constant Contact), in addition attended special events to promote the WOO Card. Also, I created PR plan as a course project. I have also done a few real time projects in my courses in Advertising, Social Media, PR, Negotiation and Mediation, Project Management, Marketing Communication. I possess excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Besides all these, you should appoint me because I have excellent Social Media and verbal communication skills that could benefit your company in the long run. I would like to have the opportunity to speak with someone further about my background. I feel confident that I can contribute immediately to the continuing success of organizations that require unceasing commitment, energy, and enth
