Growing up with horses, I definitely became more than a little horse crazy. Riding, and working around a barn or stable are a big part of who I am and a big part of this journey.
Fitness is unchartered terrain for me, but I firmly believe in the stressful, hectic, short-on-time lives we lead, fitness, mindfulness and a good diet are key to being happy.
