Marieclaire Popernik

Marieclaire Popernik is a current high school student at Nazareth Academy. Thoroughly involved in the school community, she can be found leading mass as a Eucharistic Minister, leading workouts as a co-captain to the girls cross country team, and attending alumni events as President of the Roadrunner club. Marieclaire used her downtime during the beginning of the pandemic to start a small business. After becoming fully incorporated through the state of Illinois, she began marketing on TikTok where she successfully gained 90k followers and over 1.4 million likes. Staying in tune with her musical side, Marieclaire continues to produce music from her brother’s old laptop. As a singer-songwriter, she expresses her emotions through the creativity of songwriting. Marieclaire is eager, positive, and ready to take on whatever challenge comes upon her.
