Hi there!

My name is Poppy Lam. I am a creative, experimental, and explorative individual who enjoys engaging in creative activities such as interior design and fashion styling. I presently reside in Toronto, Canada.

I am enrolled in my third year of the Creative Industries program with a focus on fashion and media business at Ryerson University.

I am currently the assistant to the gallery manager at Art Interiors. I am in charge of administrative operations, as well as interacting with customers and our artists and maintaining a positive relationship with them. I also am the social media manager of the interior design company, Moss and Lam's Instagram (@mossandlam) and Facebook. I am in charge of creating content, advancing engagement, and capturing the essence of the company through images and videos.

I plan to enter the fashion industry with a focus on either creative management or styling. I am fascinated by a garment's ability to transform an individual and the power clothing holds in regards to larger social issues, such as body inclusivity and sustainability. I believe that the evolving social landscape of our time needs to be vitally incorporated into the fashion industry. I have a goal to be an individual who can spear head a positive social initiative in a company within the fashion industry.
