I'm a Workforce Development Manager at SRG (Stevens Resource Group) in Milton, Ontario. I previously served in various management roles, such as Recruitment Manager at The Job Shoppe and Client Centre Manager at Tactical Marketing Solutions.

My background and passions are focused in two primary areas, recruitment and customer service.

I enjoy public speaking and have spoken for over 13 years in a variety of settings, including churches, colleges and training centres. I presently conduct regular workshops at Sheridan College and The Centre for Skills Development & Training.
