My name is Sydney Porter- I'm an Idaho transplant living in Austin, food loving, wanna be pastry chef.
Perfecting the skills needed to be an epic pastry master, so that in turn I can teach others and break down the barriers of baking and pastry to make it accessable to all.
I am a graduate from Boise State University with my bachelors in Entreprenurial Management. Currently attending Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Austin, Texas.
