Murray Waas is an award winningindependent journalist who has worked as an investigative reporter for Reuters, as the investigations editor for Vice, and as a correspondent for National Journal.

Murray Waas has been a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize in the category of national reporting for stories he wrote for the Los Angeles Times regarding the run up with the first war with Iraq. Waas has also been a winner of the Goldsmith Prize, a winner of theBarlett & Steele Business Reporting Prize and the SABEW investigative reporting prize.
