We offer diners visionary menus, that are constantly evolving and are guided by the season’s offerings and the best available Western Australian produce.

Head chef, Kim Brennan, is known for his seasonal menus that showcase local purveyors. Post sources the freshest and most nutritious ingredients from nearby fields, rivers and oceans to create a healthy COMO Shambhala Cuisine, which showcases raw ingredients in delicious and sophisticated combinations.

Post is open to reservations for breakfast, lunch and dinner and boasts an impressive wine list that our sommelier will be happy to pair with your meal. At Post, we like to support local producers, which is why many of the wines on our menu are sourced from the Margaret River region and other wine producing areas in Western Australia.
