Bijaya Poudel

Bijaya , an Anthropologist and development practitioner, has a decade experience working with community and youth. Bijaya received his Master’s degree in Anthropology from Tribhuwan University. Bijay served at Association of Youth Organizations Nepal (AYON) – a national network of more than 150 youth-led organizations. He led and managed many national level projects in the area of youth activism and youth development. He represented Nepal in UNESCO Youth Forum in Korea, Rio Summit in Brazil and led a youth team to Scotland. Bijaya believes that community and people are the big source of knowledge and skill. He looks into community partnership and management at Hands-On Institute.
