I was born many moons again in a picturesque little town in Portugal called Nazare before moving to Canada as a pup with my parents and settling in beautiful Montreal.

After some eventful teenage years, went to university at Concordia where an idea for a website catered to helping men be better in the small (later to also include big) segments of their lives was born. Many years later, many memories, friends, events, and loves later...

I'm still looking for that perfect balance. Just smiling a lot more than before, well aware that as much as I know, I know nothing and have a lifetime to learn. And as my grandfather taught me (he is the little man in photo with his grandkids), never forget your roots, always remember to live well and always stay humble.
