16 year veteran ICU RN and recent graduate of Family Nurse Practitioner program at the University of Kansas Medical Center, Kansas City, KS. After having experienced the effects of unexplained health issues, I have a passion for health and wellness through nutrition, supplementation, exercise, sleep and thought habits. It is my desire to help others in the best of my capacity to learn self-care. I reach for self renewal, healing and improvement each day through learning, sharing and reflection.
