The beginning of Power Nap story starts with me attempting to find a solution to a challenge involving a business. The reality that I would eventually have a product that is beneficial to other people was merely a bonus for me. Around this time ten years have passed since it all started. Acendex, my profitable company that specializes in network technology, was included on the list of the most rapidly expanding businesses in Ohio. My workforce was comprised of young people with lofty goals. They worked at inhumane hours because there were so many opportunities available to them. Quite frequently, the gentlemen would not get back to the office until one or two in the morning after staying out working on the installation of a new server. After that, it was anticipated that they to go back to their desks and be ready to start attending to customers at 8:00 the following morning. Because of this, it goes without saying that they were exhausted, and a power nap would have served them well in this situation.

Power Nap is made from Natural Brainwaves

The first step in capturing a "typical" three-hour sleep period was to begin by listening for the frequencies of brainwaves. The data was "smushed" virtually to create a 20-minute Power Nap. I locked my office door, put on my headphones, and leaned back in my recliner to start listening. After only a few minutes, I felt a deep sense of calm settle over me. A feeling of "tipping backwards" then overcame me. During the night, I imagined. Once the Power Nap recording was over and I sat up at my desk, I discovered I had been sleeping.

Like waking up from a lengthy nap, I felt refreshed, alert, and ready to take on the day. I wanted to test the recording a few more times to make sure it would function reliably, but I was already excited. I immediately burned several copies to CDs and distributed them to my tech team upon discovering that it did. I recommended that she listen to the CD I had stashed away in the rear the next time she felt exhausted rather than reaching for a pill or alcoholic beverage. Check to see if it's useful.
