Pradeep Dadha

As founder and CEO of the Pradeep Dadha Group of Companies (PDGOC), Pradeep Dadha is no stranger to the world of business. He is a fourth-generation member of a successful Indian business family and graduated from Loyola College in Chennai, India, with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance. Upon graduation, Dadha set out to learn everything that made a company successful, starting from the bottom up, and took a number of low-level jobs that were as varied as they were informative. Some of the key departments he worked in included inventory, human resources, and sales, all of which provided on-the-job training for the experience-hungry entrepreneur.

With the practical knowledge he had acquired, Dadha felt comfortable enough to open his own business in 2007. As CEO of PDGOC, Dadha heads a major holding company that finances and nurtures a group of various businesses engaged in fields such as sales, marketing, media, and entertainment with high potential for exponential growth. Each company is independent, but receives capital support from PDGOC as well as its shared success model. Pradeep Dadha's role is to oversee the strategic planning of the companies and to provide both insight and guidance to his executive teams as they innovate and collaborate and execute, so that each company can succeed in progressing as projected and generate profits as forecast in a constantly evolving market.

Aside from his work with PDGOC, Dadha actively supports the Lalchand Milapchand Dadha Secondary School in Chennai, India. Since its establishment in 1977, the school has provided secondary school education to some of India's most disadvantaged children. With Dadha's assistance, the Lalchand Milapchand Dadha Secondary School has helped instruct more than 1,200 children.
