Pradeep Gupta

Pradeep Gupta founded Maxis Capital, a Boston based global investment firm with integrated Fund of fund and commodity trading business. Under his leadership, Maxis Capital developed a new asset management business focused on Sustainable-driven investment strategies. These products are uniquely structured to deliver leading family offices and global institutional investors superior return with measurable environment and societal impacts.

Pradeep is recognized as an expert in private equity strategies, and his work was published at the MIT Sloan School of Management. He has extensive LP and GP experience investing in funds, co-investments and direct investments across buyout, growth and early stages transactions. Pradeep worked over a decade as senior technology executive in Silicon Valley, where he led, built and mentored teams in large companies and startups to bring new innovations to global markets. He has extensive operating experience across US, Europe and Emerging markets in high-tech, private-equity and commodities. He also served as advisor to Sovereign Wealth Funds.
