In essence, I am a Human Rights Activist facilitating through cultural Initiatives since 2004. I have gathered huge experience to child rights based programming working with diversified group of children like rural, street, indigenous minority children. My experiences and thoughts gave me in depth knowledge and competencies about child rights programming where priorities ensuring quality better primary education, early childhood development, peer development, community based child protection mechanism, creating child friendly school, reduce hazards of child laborer etc. I have ability of technical expertise of TiE (Theatre in Education). As well as I am a artistic director of Mime & performer. I have started a voluntary Initiatives of Mime for Children since 2014 with the concept of 3E (Entertainment, engagement & education)
