My name is Pradip Ghimire, a dedicated Health Inspector working at Bakulahar Ratnanagar Hospital. I currently serve at the office level, where I am responsible for several important administrative and healthcare service operations.

I work as the Responsible Person for the Health Insurance Program, managing processes related to patient registration, insurance verification, claim preparation, billing, and claim reimbursement coordination with the Health Insurance Board Nepal. My role ensures that insured patients receive proper services and that hospital insurance claims are processed accurately and efficiently.

In addition, I am involved with the Social Service Unit, where I help facilitate healthcare support for economically disadvantaged patients and ensure access to necessary medical services.

With several years of experience in hospital administration, I have also served as an Administrative Head, gaining extensive experience in hospital management, departmental coordination, service monitoring, and administrative leadership.

Beyond my professional responsibilities, I have a strong interest in technology, digital health systems, design, yoga, music, and travel. I enjoy exploring innovative ways to integrate technology into healthcare systems to improve hospital services and administrative efficiency.
