I am an architect, poet, musician and author of books on social development. For the past 15 years, I have been concerned that the real potential of the business of Tourism is missed, with attention only to the hosting industries. The center of the Tourism business, and the potential for the development of wealth, I believe, is in providing unique experiences that are place-specific, packaged as attractions.

I have created this blog as a vehicle to encourage the development of attractions, and thereby to increase the value of Tourism as an economic engine.

My wife, Marilyn and I live in Nassau, Bahamas, and are enjoying our adfult children and grandchildren.
