I’m Prakash Jha, a Senior Consultant in EY’s Tax Technology team, where I focus on Direct Tax transformation, automation, and compliance delivery. With an MBA in Finance and currently pursuing ACCA Professional Level, I combine technical expertise with strategic insight to deliver measurable impact.
At EY, I’ve successfully led 17+ client onboardings, delivered POCs and DigiTDS demos, and managed compliance deliverables including Form 34(a), 44AB audits, 26AS reconciliations, and TDS returns. Beyond execution, my focus is on simplifying complex tax processes through digital innovation.
Previously, I have worked with organizations such as Huawei and Gunnebo, gaining hands-on experience across 12+ accounting platforms (SAP, Oracle, Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, etc.). I have also managed high-stakes scenarios, including leading compliance operations during an income tax raid at Huawei.
