I started my journey back in 2016 as a security guard — a role that taught me discipline, patience, and how to stay calm under pressure. Since then, I’ve grown through various roles, from customer support executive to community relationship manager, then into client account manager.

Each step shaped me, taught me something new, and helped me become the professional I am today.

Currently, I work as an Admin & Customer Support Executive, where I handle tasks that require both attention to detail and a strong connection with people. I enjoy solving problems, supporting teams, and making sure things run smoothly — behind the scenes and on the front line.

Work keeps me driven, but family keeps me grounded.
