About me: I am an energetic entrepreneur having interest in IT/ITeS, BPO , Hospitality , Real Estate and Mines and Minerals, Import & Exports, Aviation industries . Have many years of experience to my credit. 15 + Years of eventful exposure. Out of which, 11 years working and living as an IT professional in Dubai, UAE. Now I have relocated in India and have a business set-up in Bangalore, India. Represent many leading players in their respective domains. IT & ITeS Experience: I am a thorough professional from technical background with my career spanning over a period of fifteen plus years of highly successful and hard core experience in Technical, Support Services and Pre -Sales/Marketing in IT Industry. Experience in many Technological avenues like LAN, WAN, VoIP, Predictive Dialers, IP Phones, WiFi, CTI/IVR, VPN, Firewalls Internet Security , Storage Solutions, SAN, NAS, Disaster recovery, Business Continuity process etc. Now as a life-style switch I work for overseas clients as a virtual consultant for their On-Line Research, back-office functions, Technical support, Customer support, Sales and Marketing. I also offer consultancy for BPO and call center industry and have many years of experience to my credit. Help clients for BPO / KPO/LPO/MT, Business Transcription, remote infrastructure Management, Help Desk, Virtual assistant services. Hospitality Experience : Design, Scoping , Implementation of Specialized IT solutions for 5 * and 7* star hotels consisting of all major international chains of hotels - Fine dining, High speed internet access with Billing interface to FOS, Call Billing, Health club and Spa management, Golf club management , Voice Technology , Property management system, POS etc. Instrumental in tie-ups with world leaders in their respective fields. Directly responsible for installation , Training and Cut –Over in more than 50 International chain of 5 star Hotels with multi-locations covering 150 + Installation. Real Estate Experience: I have more than 7 years of "Real Estate " experience in Indian context and understand the industry dynamics very well. I have a very good network with leading developers from Bangalore which can be used as an advantage. I represent many real estate developers for marketing their properties- Land, Sites and plots, Resorts, Gated community Townships and premium apartments. International Trading - EXIM I have expertise in mandating/ Felicitating / Brokering for International commodity trading . My wide network in India and abroad for sourcing of right commodities combined with years of expertise keeps me many steps ahead of other facilitators. Over the years I have developed an excellent and strong seller/buyer network, I work through professional team of owners/ Manufacturers /Exporters / Importers / agents / buyer mandates / seller mandates /Traders and do several commodities in which we could collaborate and like your humble cooperation I run a worldwide operation , well established network of independent partners in EXIM business. I have associated partners in and around 50 countries, covering all the continents, and almost all the commodities. I myself was living in Dubai , UAE for 14 years before reallocating to Bangalore. Have personal relationship with many traders in UAE, Middle East , GCC, Kuwait, Iraq, UK , Turkey , China, UK , EU, and USA
