The word pranali refers to a particular system, organisational structure or policy. Yup, that's me, Pranali.

The best part of my journey has been setting up Marketing & Business Development teams for companies across the globe. The gratifying part is to experience the teams performing and generating record results. I value processes and work hard at them to make them effective, productive and result oriented. My obsession on processes comes with a Green Belt in Six Sigma (specialized approach for Software & IT- DMAC & DMADV).

I run my business with an iron hand. Being in control of my business and staying on top of things is what I do best. I am deeply involved with my team and work with each member personally to ensure they grow in their role & are successful.

My biggest achievement so far has been the successful launch & establishment of iLeadFarmers & TheRedBrand.

I am a Social Media addict and I have turned this addiction into a revenue generating advantage. Social Media is a key service that iLeadFarmers offers :)

I am addicted to TV, I don't consider it as an Idiot box. TV can give you immense knowledge if you watch the right channels.

I believe in Technology and greatly appreciate its contribution to mankind.

I studied Psychology for some time and have learnt to apply it to Marketing & understanding Social Media. After all, business is neither B2B nor B2C, it's just P2P- People2People. So, to do business, you got to know how people think.

I love to travel and explore different places, cultures, food, languages...........and ofcourse People :)
