Pranav Bairagi

My passion is to use engineering tools and material to create a safer and much easier world improve people’s lives, and to do the things which gives me happiness.

Currently, I'm doing my research work on many things such as research on drones, on Automobile, and industrial automation.

I received my Bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from D Y Patil college of Engineering Pune. At D Y Patil College, I co-founded and led My Robotics Team Known as Team Transcend, I Co founded a first-of-its-kind robotics club known as D Y Patil Robotics Club co-working space for students, and I conducted robotics and machine learning research at the same.

I have an insatiable passion for building things. I have designed prosthetic hands, prosthetic legs, home-automation systems, 3D printers and Smart Material Handling System, Digital Speedometer, Earthquake Detector system, Measurement Of Heat Transfer Coefficient equipment, PLC based sorting by pick and place robot using 3 finger arm, Maze solving, Object following, Object avoiding, Edge detecting robot, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Infrared controlled robots, along with these small scale robotic systems I have designed some application based robots, and vehicle guidance systems, some smart systems, energy efficient systems, heat transfer systems, and a core research on unmanned ground vehicle and use of turbo mechanics in daily life. Some of this work has even been featured in international conferences, peer-reviewed journals, and in Indian patent journals. I'm also the inventor on several patents. Whenever possible, I help my fellow team mates in their projects so that I could help others through my knowledge to build systems. I have won many prizes and awards at various intercollege events and has organized many national level competition and had received appreciation from my college every year. Moreover I am a participant of many international events.
