Pranav Kumar
Pranav has completed his PhD in marketing from College of Business, University Utara Malaysia (UUM). With around nine years of multicultural experience in academics and industry, his research interests include ethics, consumer issues, market research, and China business strategies. Being an AMA and Golden Key member and winner of awards for teaching excellence, and student affairs, he strives to contribute to the academics in a truly innovative manner. His first publication was TNM Theory which he developed for enhancement of qualitative research methods. His subsequent publications included a Class Assessment Card (CAC) for preparing lectures, and a phenomenological study of Consumer Complaint Redressal in Malaysia. His upcoming publications include a new model on ethics, formation and validation of a new construct in consumer behaviour . He is also a film maker and a good cook. And everyone calls him a lovely human being.
