From Wireline to Wireless Network and Business Management to Operations to Revenue Growth and many things in between- that's how I would sum up my innings so far in Telecom World. An obsessive ideator, I love to collaborate with diverse set of people to bring those ideas to life. I am passionate about my work, family and communities that I work with. I try to create as much value as I can in all my engagements & Assignments .

My experiences include working with large global as well as mid-size companies in Telecom Mobility for its Network operations, Project Management and practice leadership. I have built practices grounds-up and engaged with C-Level executives in strategic assignments across the world for major telecom companies like Cingular Wireless AT&T; in United States and Idea Cellular,NSN,Tata and at last but not least MTS India.

My industry experiences include Technical, Commerical and Business Focus Roles and l have spent over 16 years in the Telecom Industry and I held several leadership positions which include Global Telecom Practices covering areas like GSM Planning, GSM Project Implementation/Operation & Maintenance Business Strategy & Governance, Business Process Optimization, Tower Infrastructure Business and Enterprise Collaboration & Content Management. He specializes in certification in Project Management and has worked with several corporations in the areas of Telecom Business/Strategy, GSM Project Rollouts with Operation and Maintenance Processes.

Pranay led a Project Management Strategy and Deployment engagement with one of the world’s largest multi-Telecom equipment companies like Nokia and Ericsson. Where the focus was on deploying strategic of BTS initiatives within their Contract Solutions (Business Development) Group. In just 2 weeks he identified more than 20 such initiatives, many of which would bring immediate and dramatic returns on productivity and effectiveness. Scenario Planning was used to map several propositions to its Business Strategy and then align the selected initiatives in order of priority.

A high level Project Management Architecture for Knowledge Management was also delivered. A collaborative portal solution encompassing all internal and external stakeholders was built in less than 20 days, which resulted in significant reduction in their project Response time from an average
