I am Pranidhi Puri, an electronics and communications engineer degree holder and a community enthusiast by heart.

During the early stages of my school, apart from academics, I had a great interest in extra-curricular activities. I was always into sports and other activities.

I had always been the head of my class and managed the responsibilities of handling and representing my school.

After getting into an Engineering college, I was a part of different clubs, cultural and technical fests. Being the head coordinator in some of them, I had to manage

people and organise the events. Thus, my journey of building actual communities started from there.

I volunteered few entrepreneur clubs during those days.

After the college got over, I was placed in an IT company at Bengaluru.

I worked as a System Engineer for 1.5 years and was a part of sports and cultural clubs. I organised few events there in order to build communities of like-minded people.

Meanwhile, I also started exploring the startup ecosystem. I started freelancing for social media marketing and content writing in few startups.

And luckily, I started working with Bhive co-working space as a Social Media community manager and Events organiser. This was a major change in my career life as I switched my field from corporate to the startup world and I knew that there are a lot of challenges coming in my way.

At Bhive, I organised various events with startups and thus began building communities of evangelists and start-up enthusiasts.

Later, I joined Stayabode ventures and got into customer experience, building communities, content creation, events management, business development, social media marketing etc. I organised both Tech and non-tech events there.

That was my early journey of community management. During this, I got a lot of learnings and ideas about different domains of the startup culture.

Apart from this, I like painting, singing, cooking. I have interest in photography and interior decoration. I love travelling and exploring new places, traditions, cultures.

I play table-tennis and am a state-level swimmer too.

I have always been a curious learner.

and I feel that this is just a starting, there is a lot more to experience and learn in this life.
