Pranjal Dwivedi works at the intersection of public policy, governance, emerging technologies, and public service. Having secured Rank 101 in the Uttar Pradesh Provincial Civil Services Examination (UPPCS) 2024, he combines governance expertise with experience in policy research, technology governance, and social impact initiatives.

His work focuses on artificial intelligence, digital governance, public administration, and technology policy. Through research, consulting, and stakeholder engagement, he has contributed to evidence-based policymaking, governance reforms, and the development of technology-driven solutions that strengthen public institutions and improve citizen outcomes.

A strong advocate of responsible and inclusive innovation, Pranjal has worked extensively on AI governance, AI safety, and digital trust. His mission is to help build governance systems that are innovative, accountable, and prepared for the opportunities and challenges of the digital age.
