Prasad has 20 years’ experience in the fields of learning and development, sales, marketing, business planning & forecasting. He has worked with media, e-Commerce and BPO companies.

An alumnus of the University of Pune and Osmania University, Prasad has over 20 years of experience in diverse fields and domains. 14 of those 20 years were spent in the BPO industry where he led large and geographically dispersed teams across India, APAC and North America. As the head of Workforce Management, he championed improvements in Productivity along with process analysis and improvement

Proven expertise in process analysis and redesign, with resultant improvements in as much as a 40% uptake to the organization’s bottom-line, he brings to the table a unique perspective in business process improvement and managing change. By deploying lean six sigma methodologies, FSS (Forecasting, Scheduling and Staffing) strategies and operations management techniques such as the TOC (Theory of Constraints) & OE (Overall Efficiency), Prasad offers solutions to your workforce management, productivity and process improvement requirements.

Dovetailing on the successes of process improvements, Prasad is now focusing on enabling first-time and middle-level managers in successful transition to leadership roles. By sharing his leadership experiences and by applying proven models like Situational Leadership II, Prasad to bring about experiential learning and application of sound leadership principles.
