Prasad Chaulkar is an Indian adventure motorcyclist, international karate athlete, social activist, and entrepreneur known for combining sports, endurance expeditions, and social initiatives to inspire communities across India.
He is the Director of Gandhaar Events LLP, an organization involved in cultural, social, and large-scale public events, and the President of Psquare Edusports Foundation, a registered NGO working in the areas of education, sports development, and social awareness initiatives.
With a strong foundation in martial arts, Prasad has represented India in national and international karate championships and actively promotes discipline, fitness, and youth empowerment as a karate trainer at The Karate Academy, Airoli.
Prasad is widely recognized for his long-distance motorcycle expeditions, where adventure is combined with meaningful social messages. His landmark expedition “Azadi Ki Amrit Parikrama” covered approximately 30,000 kilometres across India, spreading awareness about road safety, tourism promotion, and the message of national unity – “Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat.”
Continuing his mission of international outreach and adventure, he undertook the Trans-Asia Trail – Bharat to Tashkent motorcycle expedition, travelling across multiple countries to promote road safety awareness, emergency medical preparedness, and international unity.
For his contributions in sports, adventure, and social work, Prasad Chaulkar has received several prestigious recognitions. He is a recipient of the Raigad Bhushan Award and the Jan Suraksha Paritoshik by INDUSEM. His expeditions and social initiatives have been recognized three times by the India Book of Records and once by the Harvard World Records.
His work has also been appreciated and acknowledged by distinguished dignitaries including the Governor of Maharashtra and the Chief Minister of Maharashtra. In recognition of his inspiring initiatives and social impact, the Ministry of Culture featured him in an article titled “Story of Change” on its official platform.
Through his expeditions, sports training, public events, and social initiatives, Prasad Chaulkar continues to inspire youth and communities with the values of fitness, discipline, adventure, national unity, and service to society.
