Prasad Satam

Prasad Satam is one of the most efficient sound engineers from
Mumbai, India. After completing his Bachelor of Science, he acquired
training and certification in REDHAT Linux in 2006 and Sound
Recording and Engineering from Digital Academy in 2009. Sound engineer at Rich Audio, he is known for extensive experience
and knowledge in IT and for his expertise with live sound operations
and live audio and recording.
Prasad comes with experience in operating,
configuring and setting up a range of professional sound reinforcement equipment,
including most modern digital consoles, DSP and line arrays, multi-track
recording using analog and digital recording systems, making straight
to stereo recordings in studio and location settings using co-incident
pair, spaced pair, spot and hybrid microphone techniques. He has a
vast understanding and practice of the different approaches required
for events ranging from theatre and comedy shows to
bands, orchestral, corporate parties and festivals.
He has worked for internationally renowned music artists like Akon,
Guthri Govan, Alexendra Stan, Osibisa, Sivamani, Sonu Nigam, Sunidhi Chauhan, Kailash
Kher, Shankar Ehsaan Loy, Pankaj Udaas, Parikrama, Raghu Dixit,
Benny Greb, Bombay Bassment, Indian Ocean, Osibisa, Motherjane,
Open Secret, Shaggy, etc. and continues to freelance many others.
