Prashant Arora

Prashant Arora is an IT veteran with 8+ years of mixed experience in the best practices of IT Service Management, ISO 20000, information and content management, storage, cloud computing and virtualization. He has worked with some major organizations as IBM, American Express, EMC, Wipro Technologies and Sears Holdings India with domain expertise in Information Technology, Banking and Finance and Retail.

His current role in Knowledge Management with Sears Holdings is, to improve the organization’s overall effectiveness by enhancing & managing the knowledge assets to ensure that the organization has the right knowledge at the right time and place for better decision making.

Prior to that he was with Wipro Technologies in Project Management space and at IBM, as a Knowledge Manager, he dealt with many ITIL practices at macro and micro levels for successful innovation and implementation especially in service delivery and operations.

In addition to this, Prashant is practicing Gamification as an engagement methodology and ITSM in various IT and non-IT domains. He delivers trainings and workshops to contribute back within these spaces.
