I advise and assist companies in their funding plans and M&A. I head activities involving Corporate, Institutional and government clients as well as Investors worldwide, encompassing Equity and Debt capital Raising ,Business Valuation , Project financing, and Mergers and Acquisitions advisory services.

I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accountancy and an MBA with Finance.I also earned Post Graduate Programme in Management degree in finance. I am a member of Mergers and Acquisition Network, Finance plus, Mergers club, Global Business development Network.
