As an ITIL 4 Foundation Certified professional with over 15+ years of total experience, I have successfully assisted an Enterprise users domestically and globally and various customers in the IT services industry. My experience are in different Microsoft technologies, like AD, Exchange, O365, Windows OS and Server OS etc. and different ticketing tools like BMC Remedy, Helix, IBM ICD, Maximo, and AxiraERP ticketing tool. where I’ve contributed to the seamless service delivery and efficient problem resolution.

My educational background includes a Graduate degree in Arts from Gujarat University, which has provided me with a well-rounded perspective. As a good team player, and independent player, I collaborate effectively with colleagues, leveraging my technical skills to drive results.

My enthusiasm for learning and my curiosity about complex systems and processes motivate me to continually explore and understand the complex matters of global IT infrastructure. wanted to take the next significant step in my career by securing a highly respected position within an MNC, where I can further utilize and expand my knowledge for successful deliveries of Organizations.
