I am currently a Ph.D. student where I attempt to understand the processes influencing rapid changes in hurricane (tropical cyclones) intensity. On a broader scale, I try to understand the stochastic tipping of multi-scale Complex systems in response to external and intrinsic shocks.
Further, I take a keen interest in collaborating with teams of various expertise and mentoring students in their research careers.
In addition to my research, I lead an Indian fusion (music) band called Tatvam where I'm the keyboardist, arranger, and composer.
