AASB16 GROH Lease Automation Project
Managed the automation of a complex government lease accounting report used by the Department of Treasury. Migrated legacy Access databases to Azure, converted Excel-based calculations into SQL logic, and reduced reporting turnaround time from 3 days to 4 hours, achieving full audit compliance.

Divisional Financial Dashboard
Directed a multidisciplinary team to build a self-service budget and variance dashboard for over 140 business units. Used an Agile delivery model with iterative user feedback sessions. The dashboard improved financial visibility and reduced decision turnaround time by 30%.

Data Integration – BRII Initiative
Architected a fully automated data exchange solution enabling secure information sharing between State and Territory child-protection agencies. Designed data pipelines from CRM to AWS S3 using ETL automation (SAP BODS + Amazon CLI), ensuring compliance and reliability in sensitive data transfer.

BI & Data Warehouse Migration –
Led the migration of SAP BI/DW environments to Microsoft Power BI and Azure, building reusable data models and DAX measures for dynamic reporting. Delivered a scalable platform that supports real-time analytics and department-wide data governance.

Operational Dashboards & Reconciliation Tools
Developed automated reconciliation and lineage reports to visualise data quality between CRM and data warehouse systems, improving business confidence and system accuracy.
