This experience helped him develop skills in strategic oversight, budgeting, and brand development. His ability to manage diverse responsibilities simultaneously laid the foundation for his later leadership roles.

In 2012, he transitioned into the technology field, joining JS SAP Group as an IT specialist. His responsibilities included managing databases, coordinating with clients, and resolving contract discrepancies. Two years later, he accepted a consulting position at Reliance, where he built a centralized database that improved information accessibility and operational efficiency. These experiences strengthened his technical and analytical skills, preparing him for more complex management roles.

In 2016, Pratik advanced into a leadership position as director of operations at Exotic Transport. He supervised daily transportation logistics, dispatching, employee training, and compliance procedures. His role required attention to detail and collaboration with maintenance and safety departments to ensure regulatory standards were met. This position expanded his leadership experience and further developed his ability to coordinate large teams effectively.

Later that same year, he entered the real estate field by joining Keller Williams Metropolitan. He helped clients buy, sell, and rent properties while managing listings and preparing contracts. His focus on client satisfaction and clear communication helped him establish strong professional relationships.

At CiTY LiVN, he took on additional responsibilities as a licensed real estate professional. His work involved financial modeling, market research, and asset valuation. By calculating returns, projecting cash flow, and analyzing investment opportunities, he strengthened his expertise in real estate finance and investment strategy.

In 2017, Pratik Gandhi became president of Mpire Builders, a company specializing in acquiring and redeveloping Class B and C multifamily properties in the Houston area. Under his leadership, the firm also undertakes new construction and single-family redevelopment projects. His efforts focus on improving operational performance, increasing property value, and creating long-term benefits for investors.
