As the technical lead for a healthcare imaging solution, I spearheaded the development of a robust platform leveraging Java, Spring Boot, Angular, NodeJS, and Redux for seamless image streaming on the web. Furthermore, I served as the product security lead, responsible for developing the security strategy, conducting threat modeling and risk assessments to proactively identify and mitigate cybersecurity vulnerabilities. My efforts resulted in reducing the number of critical vulnerabilities to zero by implementing critical security fixes to remediate findings from SAST, DAST, and penetration tests, ensuring application compliance and significantly reducing risk.

I played a key role in certifying the product for both 510(K) and ISO-13485, demonstrating my understanding of regulatory requirements in the healthcare domain. To improve development efficiency and reduce costs, I introduced micro-frontends and a monorepo in the project, resulting in an approximate 20% reduction in overall project cost. I also developed a device-agnostic Typescript/Angular component framework to empower app developers to build their own viewer applications. This framework included live waveform and historical graphical components with state management through Redux/NgRX. Additionally, I led the migration of the product from on-prem to the cloud, showcasing my adaptability to evolving infrastructure needs.
