Dr. Praveena Shetty is an expert in Yoga Philosophy. Her Ph.D Thesis (Appreciation of and insight into Patanjali’s Yogasutras through Structures and Games) fetched her a gold medal for being the best thesis. She takes Yogasutra workshops all over India and trains the Yoga students for RYT 200 and 300 courses. She is the designer of the Yogasutra Chanting Mala and has a dedicated YouTube Channel to promote the knowledge of the Yogasutras to a Layman. She has various Yogasutra related courses on Udemy too.
