Dhika Prawidar

I have vast experiences as a certified project manager on a transportation and logistics company, as well as project manager for a financial service company. I do familiar with IT, digital transformation, logistics, and sales project, with a little experience in building management and campaign project. My role as PMO allowed me to learn a great deal of knowledge from the business team.

In 2017, I joined GO-JEK to support GO-PAY (their financial service solution) to be used by various kind of merchants, starting from the corporation, franchise, till the street vendors. I lead, monitor, and control the BAU process of merchant onboarding in GO-PAY, including the delivery of performance report to management. Leading 24 manpower in a team has its own challenges. By having accumulated all these expertise for more than seven years, I believe that my experiences and professional backgrounds will be useful to the group.

By late 2019, not much new process nor activities to be worked on as project. Hence, I got moved to help the KYC team streamline the process and build the automation. I’m responsible to work collaboratively with each of KYC’s stream manager (Driver, Merchant, Customer) and aim to meet the targeted OKR. The KYC Project team also intensively liaised with product team to ensure the tools used for KYC is the most effective, and already followed the product’s roadmap and company’s policy.

My peers commonly describe me with one of these traits:
