The rapid shift to a technological world leads to a great integration of technology into various aspects of our lives, one of these core aspects being our education system. Thus, as a 21st century pedagogical practitioner in training at the University of Johannesburg, my majors are Psychology and ICT. With Psychology, I acquire knowledge and understanding of how the adolescent brain develops and functions and its implications in education. I can therefore leverage this knowledge together with my skills and expertise of 4IR tools and TPACK skills, acquired in ICT, to explore innovative ways to maximize technology in Education and ultimately achieving a more equitable and inclusive learning experience for all.

My teaching philosophy is to create an equitable, inclusive, and innovative learning environment that fosters growth, engagement, and lifelong learning for all students in an ever-changing world.
