My name is Precious Joy Orukpe. I am the Founder of Presi J Experiential in Lagos, Nigeria. I am a Nigerian.

The buying journey experience with a lot of businesses in Lagos, Nigeria became a major issue for me, as I hardly found a front-line team member of businesses that provided excellent services. Often, I thought, “maybe it's a result of my background in Sales & Customer Service.” but as time went on, a lot of people complained about the service system of most businesses, and I often received commendations from elite members of the society in Lagos, who were my clients. So, I thought, "you know what Precious, why don't you start doing this, since you're often commended on your level of service delivery." That's how I started. I started because of the joy in my heart knowing that I could make an impact in the lives of people and businesses across Africa and the world.

Then, I started to take note of why employees weren't performing well on their job, and voila, I decided to start showing businesses, how to have the right workplace culture, the right systems and processes that could improve employees' work experiences, and build loyalty in their heart towards the brand, and that was how, I started working with businesses in that area, and it's been a different story. The beautiful story for us that changed the entire journey, was when a Sales Process and implementation programme we designed, helped a client in the automobile space triple his company sale in the space of 3 months.

After that encounter, and having done this job alone, we decided to set up a company, offering these services to a wider range of businesses in order to improve more lives. That was how Presi J Experiential started. We simply focus on the work experience of employees and buying experience of customers.
