I am partner with MERP Systems, Inc. a premier IT consulting services. I orchestrate the technical strategy and vision for many a kind of organizations. Typically, I overseee design, development and implementation of organizational information systems, software applications, and IT support and infrastructure systems.

Prior to joining MERP, I served as an Associate Vice President with HCL America, a $6 Billion IT services organization leading their federal IT business. Working for Comter Systems, Inc. as the Chief Operating Officer, I was responsible for the daily operations and strategic direction of the organization managing large ERP implementations with Department of Labor, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, General Services Administration, and many others. While at Comter, I was instrumental in creating strategicsourcing.gov, a revolutionary open source based portal that optimized procurement processes across federal government. Previously, I also worked for Time Warner Cable, Primus Telecommunications, and Advanced Software Systems. Working for Time Warner Cable, I program managed the engineering and rollout of CallerID on Television product. I am an adept technology executive who has deep experience in areas of Service Oriented Architecture, Web and Mobile Technologies, Advanced Telecommunication Protocols, and Enterprise Resource Planning Systems.

I have three Master degrees including an MBA from University of Maryland University College.
