Customer service is focused on the consumer. As companies or workers, we've all at once or yet another had to deal with an angry customer. If the disappointed customer is us what goes on?

The past thing a business manager needs is always to lose our business, so we are the client and when anything goes wrong, do we only take it and leave forever or do we find pleasure. Needless to say we often complain, however again we may not remain a person.
