Fred Pressley's practice is concentrated in the areas of family law, traffic law, landlord tenant law, wills and trusts, business incorporation, and higher education law matters. Fred's expertise includes representation of perons involved in unconstested and simplied divorces, traffic infractions, representing students in academic and non-academic disciplinary actions, land use and zoning, and establishing for profit and non-profit corporate entities in the State of Florida. As an entreprenuer and business owner, Fred has extensive experience in local and state government zoning and land use laws, business establishment, and licensing requirements. As an educator and former administrator working for several of Florida's top institutions of higher education, Fred offers services in student leadership and development, and has recently represented an academically dismissed medical student for successfull reinstatement into medical school.
