My name is Preston Leon. I am the Founder of Prime Prospects Baseball Recruiting. I’m in my final year as a Division I baseball player with five years of college baseball experience, along with firsthand knowledge of the recruiting process at every level. I’ve been recruited multiple times and transferred between 3 D1's and a JUCO, which has allowed me to build strong, trusted relationships within the college baseball world.

I also help uncommitted guys get recruited. Because I’m still actively involved in the game, my connections are current, my information is honest, and my advice is based on what actually works right now. I help players and families navigate recruiting with clarity, transparency, and real communication with coaches, not guesswork or empty exposure.

Connection to College Coaches

• Working with us, you would have access to a network of hundreds of coaches at every level. These are REAL, trusted relationships with coaches that have been built over time.
• We help players get in contact with coaches at schools that fit their athletic and academic needs.
• If we reach out to you, we identify you not only as a talented baseball player, but a person of high character. We don’t work with just anybody. We will not vouch for players who will ruin our relationships with coaching staff's. You weren’t sent a mass message, if we reached out, we think you are talented enough to play at the next level.

Player Spotlight Posts

• You will get 2 “Player Spotlight” posts per month on our twitter account with 1.4k followers. Of those 1.4k followers, 600+ are coaches. This is a great way to get your name and video/metrics in front of coaches without having to go to a camp. Most of recruiting is done through Twitter.
• We will highlight your best videos and metrics, promoting your best abilities to coaches all over the country.

Player Development

• I hold weekly one on one virtual FaceTime/zoom calls with players analyzing their swing, along with defensive and pitching video, telling them how to fill the gap talent-wise between where they are now, and where they want to be.
• Although I’m not with you in-person, I will give you advice/training tools to become a better baseball player. I have played at one of the highest levels of college baseball, and I have also played at a Junior College. I’ve seen the best players, worst players, and everything in between. I know what it takes to play at each level and I will help you better your game to improve your chances recruiting wise.

Guidance

• As a current Division 1 baseball player finishing out his career, you will receive the best guidance you could possibly ask for. I have been recruited 4 separate times… If anyone knows the in’s and out’s of modern recruiting, it’s me.
• You will have 24/7 access to contact me about anything recruiting related. You’re going to have A TON of questions along the way. I have dealt with every obstacle imaginable as a high school/college athlete, and I know how to navigate the recruiting process. Information and advice from someone who has been where you want to go is often overlooked during the recruiting process.

Social Media Optimization

• I will help you set up your Twitter account and make posts to gain interest from coaches. You want coaches to actually watch your video and look at your profile, not just scroll past.
• I will give you new coaches to follow and message weekly. This will expand your school search and allow more coaches to gain interest in you. Coaches would always like to communicate with players directly.
