Preston Tsao

An experienced advisor and director in the financial arena, Preston Tsao has successfully created one of the largest networks of highly prosperous families in the United States. At Metcircle Networking LLC, an exclusive group founded by Tsao in 1991, member families have an opportunity to communicate with one another as well as with leading experts on a variety of financial topics. For example, Preston Tsao facilitates presentations by distinguished fund managers such as Izzy Englander and Henry Kravis and industry figureheads such as William McDonough, the former Chairman of the New York Federal Reserve. He has been Managing Director at Paramount BioCapital, Inc., SCO Securities LLC, and Sunrise Securities Corp. Prior to his work in the financial field, Tsao was a Corporate Law Associate at Chadbourne & Parke LLP. He joined the law firm after graduating with a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School. He previously earned a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Princeton University. In 2005, Preston Tsao formed Metcircle Securities, which is registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Like Metcircle Networking, Metcircle Securities emphasizes its relationships with wealthy families. Instead of focusing on networking, Metcircle Securities is a broker dealer that offers investment opportunities, with full disclosure of fees, to members for funds such as Pine Brook Road Partners, Tishman Speyer China Fund, and BNP Millennium Commodities.
