While assisting many businesses, churches and individuals in their endeavors, Barbara decided to create and license Upper Room 3 Productions (U3P) in 2003. The number three (3), in the company's name, denotes the three entities of business: Consulting, Book Publishing and Audio/Recording training.

U3P respects the client's time and money, so the company is dedicated to providing a combination of conveniences, economical prices for products, services and advice that are specifically crafted for each client’s particular need. Upper Room 3 Productions is committed to cultivating a lasting relationship with clients and prospects that is built onhonesty, and integrity while changing the role of the company in the industry.

Recently launched Ur Voice, is a subsidiary of U3P, as the consultant company.

UR Voice endeavors to provide audio/recording solutions that are non-biased and has no bearing on product sales for company profit. Our goal is to offer the client a second or confirming opinion that will assist in obtaining better sound quality that is suitable for the individual facility.

Youth Workshop

Recognizing the potential of the youth in the community, U3P and UR Voice continues to groom the aspirations as singers, artists, dancers and audio technicians. U3P conducts an annual workshops with local professionals (choreographers, entertainment lawyers, audio engineers, producers, etc.) who volunteer their time and teach.

Within the 24 years of Barbara working in her passion, she has gained a respectable rapport with many small businesses and government contractors. Upper Room 3 Productions has provided various services such as audio for E-Learning modules, small audio installs, artist development, editing and mastering messages and music for performing arts, as well as, advising audio/recording technicians and publishing books.

Barbara's personal time is enjoying family, playing bass and sketching. Barbara has an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Tidewater Community College, a Bachelors of Science Degree in Music Business, and a Masters of Science Degree in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University.
