James Price

Mr. Price himself is perhaps best described as a true entrepreneur. He has 29 years of experience in numerous facets of the financial services industry, wherein he developed an expertise in finding small, under funded companies and building them up through investment banking and strategic consulting. After attending college at Eastern Washington University, Mr. Price served 3 years in the U.S. Army. Upon his honorabledischarge, he began a 10-year career as a successful stock broker and office principal. Licenses previously held; series 7, 63, 24 life and health.

In 1992, Mr. Price formed JP Anderson a financial consulting company.

In 2002, Mr. Price formed Benacquista Galleries, an on-line art distribution portal.

In 2007, Mr. Price Co-Founded the Genesis Venture Fund I, India

In 2009, Mr. Price formed Trunk Health, a health product manufacturing and distribution company.

In 2011, Mr. Price formed Greenzone Ventures, a Green technology consulting company.

In November 2012, Mr. Price founded JP Anderson, Ltd., a licensed Broker Dealer in the country of Sierra Leone.

In 2013, Mr. Price formed JP Anderson U.S. Ltd., a product distribution and leasing company.

In 2013, Mr. Price formed Global Brands International, a product distribution and licensing company.

In 2014, Mr. Price formed Global Mobile Technologies, a product design company operating in the mobile device industry.

In 2014, Mr. Price founded the Children of God Orphanage to assist with the crisis in Sierra Leone.

In 2015, Mr. Price founded Go Epic Health, a nutritional product holding company which owns Cholesterade ®, a natural cholesterol reducing product created by the late Dr. Robert Cade, creator of Gatorade ®.

Mr. Price formerly sat on the board of directors for the YMCA, was Chairman of the I AM Foundation, and the C0-Founder and Chairman of the Leone Asset Foundation.
